INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

All our pieces are designed in Australia and every order is carefully packed and shipped from our flagship store in Melbourne. We don’t use overseas warehouses — everything comes straight from us to you.

We love seeing OTTWAY around the world! As of today, we have shipped orders to over 30 countries and counting! 

Please note that international shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. This includes US customers due to recent regulatory changes.

Please note that due to recent regulatory changes, orders shipped to the USA may be subject to customs and import duties.

DHL will email you with the amount due.

We are working to minimise these charges, and they typically range between $25 and $35.

All international customers, USA included, are responsible for any potential customs duties and import taxes within their own country.

To avoid incurring potential additional customs storage fees, we recommend paying any applicable duties promptly upon your order’s arrival.

All shipping services exclude time in customs if applicable and may be subject to delay due to causes outside of DHL EXPRESS and/or UPS control. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: If local customs duties apply and the customer chooses not to pay them, the order will, after a few days, be marked as “Return to Sender” and shipped back to our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia via DHL and/or UPS.

In this unlikely scenario, a flat rate of $150 will be deducted from the refund amount.

This fee covers part of the associated costs of return shipping and any customs and duties charges incurred.
